Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Certain items like perishable goods or custom orders are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

• We recommend using a tracked courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll be happy to assist.
